Jane Austen’s House collection

Jane Austen’s House collection

In early spring 2026 we were invited to visit Jane Austen’s House, the Hampshire cottage where Jane Austen lived for the final eight years of her life. Formally opened as a museum in 1949, Jane Austen’s House is where the author wrote Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Emma, Northanger Abbey and Persuasion. Inspired by our visit, researching Jane Austen’s letters, and working with the Jane Austen’s House team, we have designed a new Jane Austen's House collection.
