Stop all the Locks - A Poem about River Pollution

Following on from a recent presentation by Windrush Against Sewage Pollution (W.A.S.P.), Tony was inspired to write Stop all the Locks - A Poem about River Pollution. Watch and listen to Tony's poem, set to music by Nick Hooper, here:

W.A.S.P. are a group of volunteers investigating the pollution of the River Windrush & her sister rivers here in Oxfordshire. They've discovered that untreated sewage is being dumped into the water – sometimes in huge quantities and for long periods of time. This is happening to rivers across the country. This has to stop.

This poem and video is the beginning of Tony's creative efforts to highlight and change behaviours to our natural resources. Read the full poem here.
